Our company provides an array of USEF nationally rated horse shows; complete horse show management services; basic and custom jump construction; licensed hunter and jumper course design; all levels of rated hunter, jumper and equitation judging; farm and show facility design consultation; and footing design and maintenance consultation.

Our "Southbound Showday" app, available in the App Store and Google Play Store, offers exhibitors up to the minute information about the current show. Contact us for information regarding app rental for your show or personal app design. We also offer, through our “sister company” The Scoreboard Guys, rental of Daktronik scoreboards for both sporting and other events.

THE OWNERS

For over 30 years, Patrick Rodes has been immersed in all things equine, so creating Southbound Show Management was a natural step for Patrick to utilize all of his knowledge and introduce new efforts in hosting world class sporting events for the equestrian community. These enjoyable and successful events are built with a solid foundation that arises from the expert guidance that only the staff at Southbound Shows can provide.

This expertise stems from the many years founder Patrick Rodes along with his wife Jana have spent as horse show exhibitors themselves. As owners, riders, and breeders at All Around Farm in Argyle, Texas, their countless hours of working in the trenches, experiencing the success along with the disappointments have shaped Patrick's management style into one that is firm but compassionate, structured but flexible, and never allowing the pressure to get the better of him. Exhibitors and attendees alike can be sure that when they attend a Southbound event, Patrick and his management team will do everything possible to ensure the experience of a lifetime!
